Webinar: Embedding nature into corporate action: New aligned guidance published

On October 13, SBTN, the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and the Nature Positive Initiative (NPI) will release synchronized updates to their guidance, helping organizations embed nature into their corporate nature-related assessment, reporting and target-setting activities.

The content releases include:

• SBTN’s Science-Based Targets for Nature 2.0: Guides companies in assessing impacts, prioritizing action, setting and implementing science-based targets.
• TNFD’s LEAP 2.0: Helps organizations identify and assess their nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks, and opportunities.
• NPI’s State of Nature Indicators and Metrics Framework: Provides a common set of metrics for assessing the state of nature.

Together, these releases mark more connected and practical approaches to corporate action on nature — helping companies reduce duplication, work with greater consistency and move from understanding their relationship with nature to credible action.
